- 125 gram pure chocolate
- 100 gram soft butter
- 2 eggs
- 200 gram sugar
- 1 bag of vanilla sugar
- 150 gram flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon bakingpowder
- 100 gram almonds chopped in little pieces
- flour and oil/butter for the baking mold
Preheat the oven on 190°C (hot air oven 170°C). Oil/butter the baking mold, sprinkle flour on the baking mold and shake the left-over flour out of it.
Melt the chocolate in a pan on low fire au bain-marie. Keep stirring the chocolate till it’s totally melted. When melted put it aside and let it cool down a little bit.
Put the butter, eggs and sugar in a bowl and mix it. Add the vanilla sugar and stir it. Stir the chocolate threw the egg mixture and then add the flour, bakingpowder and salt. Stir it till you have a nice and smooth batter.
Stir 2/3 of the almonds through the batter. Put the batter in the baking mold, spread it equaly and sprinkle the rest of the almonds over it. Bake the brownie in about 30 minutes in the middle of the oven, untill its stirdy in the middle. Let it cool down and cut the brownie in about 12 squares.
