Anti inflammatory golden milk keto smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or MCT oil
  • 1 scoop collagen
  • sweetener of choice, to taste

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve and enjoy!
