Banana cupcakes with banana cream

Ingredients :

  • cake:
  • 200 grams butter
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 vanilla extract
  • 4 mashed banana
  • 300 grams flour
  • 1 envelope baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • banana cream:
  • 200 grams white chocolate
  • 100 ml whipping cream
  • 1 banana

Method :

1.

Preheat the oven at 180 °C

Mix all the ingredients together in the order mentioned

Pour the batter in the cupcake pan and bake it for 25 minutes

4.

Let it cool

5.

Melt the white chocolate and the whipping cream

6.

Mix it with one banana then add powdred sugar till you obtain a cohesive cream
