Blackberry cheesecake keto breakfast smoothie

- 1/2 cup blackberries, frozen
- 1/4 cup cream cheese (or full-fat coconut milk, for dairy-free)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or MCT oil
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- sweetener of choice, to taste
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup water
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
