Blackberry-raspberry smoothie
Ingrediënts:
- 150 gram blackberries
- 75 gram raspberries
- 1,2 dl naturel yoghurt
- 0,6 dl milk
- 1 teaspoon of honey
Put all your ingrediënts in your blender. Mix it for 1 minute untill smooth. Pour the smoothie in a glass and serve directly.
