Blackberry-raspberry smoothie

Ingrediënts:

  • 150 gram blackberries
  • 75 gram raspberries
  • 1,2 dl naturel yoghurt
  • 0,6 dl milk
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

Put all your ingrediënts in your blender. Mix it for 1 minute untill smooth. Pour the smoothie in a glass and serve directly.
