Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flax milk (any milk alternative will work)
  • 2 ounces cream cheese
  • 30 grams fresh blueberries (any berry would work)
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 5-10 drops liquid stevia, to taste
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 5-7 ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Combine all the above ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
