Chocolate covered strawberry smoothie
- Carbs: 3 g
- Protein: 24 g
- Fat: 17 g
- 1 cup of cold water
- 1/3 cup low carb chocolate whey protein powder
- 3 tbsp heavy (whipping) cream
- 3 frozen strawberries
- Combine frozen strawberries, heavy whipping cream, protein powder and ice in a single serve blender cup.
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth and pour into a glass to serve.
- Serving size: 1 smoothie.
