  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
  • 1/3 cup low carb chocolate whey protein powder
  • a handfull of fresh spinach
  • 1/8 tsp orange extract
  • at least 4 ice cubes


  1. Put all ingredients in a single serve blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and pour into a glass to serve.
  3. Recipe tip: Extracts can be a great way to add flavor to your protein shakes. Just remember that a little goes a long way! You can also substitute the cashew milk for your favorite kind of unsweetened milk.
