Chocolate orange smoothie
- Carbs: 3 g
- Protein: 26 g
- Fat: 3 g
- 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
- 1/3 cup low carb chocolate whey protein powder
- a handfull of fresh spinach
- 1/8 tsp orange extract
- at least 4 ice cubes
- Put all ingredients in a single serve blender.
- Blend until smooth and pour into a glass to serve.
- Recipe tip: Extracts can be a great way to add flavor to your protein shakes. Just remember that a little goes a long way! You can also substitute the cashew milk for your favorite kind of unsweetened milk.
