Chocolate peanut butter smoothie

- Protein: 33 g
- Fat: 24 g
- 1 cup of cold water
- 1/3 cup heavy (whipping) cream
- 1/3 cup low carb chocolate whey protein powder
- 2 ice cubes
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- In a blender combine the water, heavy cream, protein powder, ice cubes and peanut butter.
- Blend until smooth and then pour into a tall glass to serve.
- Serving size: 1 smoothie.
