Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of cold water
  • 1/3 cup heavy (whipping) cream
  • 1/3 cup low carb chocolate whey protein powder
  • 2 ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

Instructions:

  1. In a blender combine the water, heavy cream, protein powder, ice cubes and peanut butter.
  2. Blend until smooth and then pour into a tall glass to serve.
  3. Serving size: 1 smoothie.
