Cinnamon almond bulletproof keto shake
- Carbs: 6 g
- Protein: 9 g
- Fat: 49 g
- 1 cup coffee
- 3-4 coconut milk ice cubes (or 1/3-1/2 cup coconut milk)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or MCT oil
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp flax meal
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- sweetener of choice, tot taste
- pinch of salt
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
