A light, fluffy Devils food cake that is sure to delight.

Ingredients :

– 2 cup all-purpose flour – 2 cup sugar – 1 cup cocoa – 2 tsp baking soda – tsp baking powder – 2 cup milk – 1 cup vegetable oil – 2 eggs – 1 tsp vanilla

Method :

Pre-heat the oven to 325°F

Sift together all the dry ingredients.

Add the milk and oil, mix 2 minutes.

Add eggs and vanilla

5.

Pour into cupcake cups and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool.

Top with a dusting of powdered sugar, your favorite frosting, or eat plain!
