- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 3 tbsp cacao powder or dutch process cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp powdered swerve or erythritol
- 1 tsp sugar-free vanilla extract or pinch of vanilla powder
- pinch of sea salt
- 10 drops liquid stevia, or to taste
- Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and beat on high using a hand mixer until light and fluffy.
- Transfer to a lidded container and freeze for 35 minutes.
- Scoop into glasses and serve, or freeze for up to 3 months.
- Serving size: 1/4 of recipe.
