Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tbsp cacao powder or dutch process cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp powdered swerve or erythritol
  • 1 tsp sugar-free vanilla extract or pinch of vanilla powder
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 10 drops liquid stevia, or to taste

Instructions:

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a large bowl and beat on high using a hand mixer until light and fluffy.
  2. Transfer to a lidded container and freeze for 35 minutes.
  3. Scoop into glasses and serve, or freeze for up to 3 months.
  4. Serving size: 1/4 of recipe.
