Ginger watermelon detox smoothie
Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh seeded watermelon
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
- juice from 1/2 lime
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- a dash of celtic sea salt
- 4-8 ice cubes
Instructions:
- Place the ingredients into your high speed blender and blend for anywhere from 30-45 seconds or until the desired consistency is reached.
