Jeera biscuit


  • 200 gm Maida
  • 2 tbsp. powder sugar
  • 70 gm butter
  • 2 pinch salt
  • ½ tea tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp. roasted jeera
  • 2 tbsp. water


1. Take a bowl put soften butter n sugar mix nicely. Sieve Maida baking powder and salt add with butter. Add half of roasted jeera also mix nicely with hand add one or two tbsp. water if required roll it with dust some Maida sprinkle left over jeera on it lightly roll it then cut with cookie cutter.
2. Bake it in preheated oven for 15 minute at 200% . Let it cool down then enjoy with tea.
