Kiwi spirulina detox smoothie


2 kiwi

1/2 cup pineapple or half banana

1/2 cup cucumber

A small handful of spinach or other leavy green

1/2 lemon or lime, peeled

1-2 tbsp chia seeds

1tsp spirulina powder (optional)

1 cup water, coconut water or nut milk


  1. Add your ingredients together and blend until smooth.
  2. If you have a lower powered blender, try blending your powders and liquids first and then add your solid ingredients.
